Making ANZACS! YUM. Room 2 made ANZAC biscuits to remember ANZAC day and all the people who went to war. It was fun mixing the ingredients and tasting them.
 We tried baking soda, sugar, oats and raisins.
 Here is the recipe if you want to make them at home in the holidays or whenever. Oven at 180 degrees.
 melt in a pot: 
 125grams butter 
1/2 cup sugar 
1 TBps golden syrup 
 add 1/2 tsp baking soda dissolved into 2 TBsp boiling water and mix in. 
 add to the melted ingredients:
 1 cup plain flour 
1 cup coconut 
1 cup rolled oats 
1/2 cup raisins 
1 tsp vanilla ess. 
 mix and roll into balls. place onto a tray (greased or baking paper) and flatten with a fork. bake for 15 mins @ 180 degrees. ENJOY.
