Over the last two weeks Room 2 have been getting out into the garden.

We  walked   through  our  school  Kitchen  Garden  and  tasted some  delicious  tomatoes.  Then  we  investigated  dried  runner beans  back  in  our  class  room.  
On  Monday  we  had  a  go  at  peeling  and  husking  sweetcorn.   It  was  hard  work  and  a  new  experience  for  some  of  the  class.  At lunch we got to eat it.  YUM. 


 RUNNER BEANS.  DO THEY MAKE YOU FASTER AT RUNNING?


CAN YOU EAT IT? 



IF WE PLANT IT WHAT WILL IT GROW?
SWEETCORN.   SOME LIKE IT COOKED SOME LIKE IT RAW. 


WHY ARE THEY SO HAIRY??
