Week one has been short but sweet.   We have enjoyed looking around and exploring our classroom and our school together.  We are all getting to know one another through learning activities and play. 

This week we read a story about boats and so decided to make our own boats out of old cartons and boxes.  Even though it was tricky getting the mast to stand up, all of the boats floated and we could see that the plastic boats stayed floating the longest.
