BUGS are not YUCKY!

BUGS are GREAT!

This week we have got stuck into our bug inquiry.  

On Tuesday we looked at snails, how they move and what they look like, and described them in our writing. 

On Friday we went on a bug hunt around the school.  We first talked about where we might find them and then we discussed manaaki, how to take care of the bugs we were looking at.

Everyone found a bug or two.  Some children were quick and careful enough to catch hold of them so we could have a good look.
